Okay , so does anyone have any questions about what they should be eating etc ? Diet is literally the #1 part of getting in shape !! I can't stress it enough . So , I'm open to answering anything y'all need help on

I'm always on the go by time I get home it's around 8:30. Any recommendations on simple, recipes of crockpot recipes. and honestly, sometimes I don't even know where to start. I get very overwhelmed.


My mom said I need to eat six times a day, but then other people say different. My nephew tells me that protein powder in super greens for help plus other stuff like BCAA and creatine. I don't even know half of the stuff lol I just don't wanna put anything into my body that's really not gonna benefit me.
