Beginner level (dumbbells required, can be done from home) This program only requires dumbbells. Level 1 is for those with little to no fitness experience. No gym equipment is used, so it is less effective than level 2-3. Moving your body is one of the best ways to improve your mood and your health, and that’s what this challenge is all about. No magic.
